Terms and Conditions – Bmax Login Platform

1 Introduction

Welcome to Bmax Login. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Bmax Login platform, including the sports betting section, casino, slots, fish games and all other products and services available through your bmax login account. 3 Account Registration

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on Bmax Login are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is required. The platform currently supports the following deposit methods for Pakistan players:

• Raast – interbank instant transfer
• Bank Transfer – standard bank-to-bank transfers

Deposits must be made from an account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits – where someone else sends funds on your behalf – are not permitted and funds received this way may be returned or accounts suspended pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are only processed to accounts in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Bmax Login sportsbook are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in and cannot be changed.
• The minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed during the bet placement process and may vary by sport, market and event.

• For football markets, results are settled based on the official 90-minute result unless otherwise stated. Extra time and penalties are excluded from standard markets unless specifically included in the market name.
• Bets placed after an event has started through means other than the designated in-play market will be voided.
• Bmax Login reserves the right to void bets where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being published. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

Bmax Login offers bonuses, free bets and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms stated with each offer:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are for use on the Bmax Login platform only. They cannot be transferred to another player's account or exchanged for cash.
• Each bonus has a wagering requirement which specifies how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be wagered before any funds derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement and qualifying games or markets are stated clearly with each offer.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. 10 Account Suspension and Closure

Bmax Login reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time and for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity verification or provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, financial crime or use of stolen payment methods.
